At first I thought they were ice cream sandwish but no they are nanaimo bar!
Maybe it's a shame on me but I never heard of does bar and I live in Canada. Perhaps we just don't have them in Quebec (I mean it's realy far from BC).
BUT we do have «Poutine»!! Miam!!!
